OSI is fully committed to the strengthening of youth ministries. Teens and young adults are the future of missions and we always blessed by these special teams. A specialized youth team needs to consist of 20 or more team members and will be centered on your group. OSI asks all team members, volunteers, donors, pastors, and churches to provide various personal data when contacting OSI, joining a team, or making a contribution. Information such as name, address, credit card information (if applicable), phone numbers, date of birth, medical history and medical insurance, along with current medications being taken, pastoral recommendations (team members only), and so on. We use this data for the sole purposes of properly taking care of team members on the field, contacting and receipting our contributors, communications, and keeping everyone up to date with OSI happenings.
Any and all information given to OSI via our website, by mail, phone, or fax is considered strictly confidential. Absolutely NO information will be given to other individuals or organizations unless required by law or without granted permission.
We will not distribute any information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose. All information will only be used for our purposes and OSI communications.
