These one week missions are a great way for anyone to get involved. There is always a mix of beginner and skilled missionaries for every trip. The great thing about Mercy Missions is that OSI has them year round, so you can start the process now and be in the field in just a few months.
No matter what your experience, Christ can use you! OSI invites you search out your God given talents and unite with us to serve the underprivileged. Be the spark that ignites the “light unto the nations” Isaiah 42:6.
OSI is always in need of people just like you to engage in the efforts of helping the helpless. Anyone can add to a team preparing for a trip or arrange their own team. To start the process, go to the “One Stop” section of the main page and click on “New Applicants”.

OSI asks all team members, volunteers, donors, pastors, and churches to provide various personal data when contacting OSI, joining a team, or making a contribution. Information such as name, address, credit card information (if applicable), phone numbers, date of birth, medical history and medical insurance, along with current medications being taken, pastoral recommendations (team members only), and so on. We use this data for the sole purposes of properly taking care of team members on the field, contacting and receipting our contributors, communications, and keeping everyone up to date with OSI happenings.
Any and all information given to OSI via our website, by mail, phone, or fax is considered strictly confidential. Absolutely NO information will be given to other individuals or organizations unless required by law or without granted permission.
We will not distribute any information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose. All information will only be used for our purposes and OSI communications.
